Team hours, approved. In one workflow.
Chasing timesheet submissions every Friday is nobody's job. FlowQi sends reminders, collects entries, and lets managers approve in one click.
Timesheet week is the worst week
Collecting, chasing, and approving timesheets takes hours every week. It shouldn't. FlowQi automates the chase and makes approval a single action.
Chasing submissions every week
Every Friday: who hasn't submitted? Reply-all emails. Slack pings. Nobody has time for this.
Approval lives in email
Managers reply 'approved' to emails. There's no audit trail, no history, no export.
Export means rebuild
Getting timesheet data into payroll or invoicing means downloading, reformatting, and re-entering manually.
No overview across the team
You can see your own hours but not the full team picture. Gaps only appear at month end.
Every tool your team needs for painless timesheets
Timesheets are included in the Time & Resources add-on — collect, approve, and export in one place, without a single email.
Weekly timesheet view
See all team members' hours in a single grid per week. Filter by project, client, or person to drill down.
One-click approval workflow
Managers approve individual timesheets or all pending submissions at once. Every approval is logged with a timestamp.
Export to CSV/PDF
Download timesheets in CSV for payroll or PDF for client reporting. Filters carry through to the export.
Automatic submission reminders
FlowQi reminds team members to submit before the deadline — no manual chasing required.
From submission to approval in one click
Team members submit their weekly timesheet with a single button. FlowQi notifies the manager instantly. The manager reviews the submitted hours — broken down by project and day — and clicks Approve. The approval is logged, timestamped, and visible in the audit trail. If something looks wrong, the manager can send it back with a comment. No email thread. No spreadsheet. No guessing whether something was approved.
- Team members submit timesheets with one click at week end
- Manager receives instant notification of pending approvals
- Approve, reject, or send back with a comment — all in FlowQi
- Full audit trail with timestamps on every submission and approval
Only pay for team members who actually track time.
Timesheets are part of the Time & Resources add-on — but the pricing is fair. If only 4 out of 10 team members actively log time, you pay for 4. Everyone else can view reports and approve timesheets for free as read-only users.
Timesheets that connect to the whole workflow
Standalone timesheet tools end at the PDF. FlowQi connects submitted hours to project budgets, invoices, and client reports — all in one place.
Submit
Team members submit weekly hours in one click.
Approve
Managers approve or send back with a comment — no email.
Export
Download to CSV or PDF for payroll, invoicing, or client reporting.
Teams that switched to FlowQi don't go back
Our clients used to question every invoice. Now they log in, see exactly what was done and when, and pay without a single email. The transparency has actually strengthened our relationships.
We used to lose hours every week just chasing submissions. FlowQi's automatic reminders and one-click approval cut that to zero. Our Friday afternoons are finally free.
Common questions about FlowQi Timesheets
Can I set a custom submission deadline for timesheets?
Yes. You can configure the timesheet week and submission deadline to match your payroll or billing cycle. FlowQi will send automatic reminders to team members before the deadline — and flag anyone who hasn't submitted once the deadline passes.
Can managers approve timesheets in bulk?
Yes. The approval overview shows all pending timesheets across the team. Managers can review and approve individually, or use the Approve All button to clear the queue in one action. Every approval is logged with a timestamp regardless of how it was processed.
Can I export timesheets filtered by project or client?
Yes. Before exporting, you can filter the timesheet view by team member, project, client, or date range. The export — in CSV or PDF — reflects exactly what you see on screen. This makes it straightforward to pull a client-specific report or prepare data for payroll.
Timesheets your team will actually submit.
Automatic reminders, one-click approval, and instant export — all in one place.
