Talk to us about pricingCommon questions about FlowQi Time Tracking
How is FlowQi different from Toggl or Clockify?
Toggl and Clockify are excellent standalone time trackers — but that's all they are. FlowQi connects your tracked time directly to the project it belongs to, the client it's billed to, and the invoice that captures it. You stop copying data between three tools and start running your business from one place.
Can I track time without starting a live timer?
Yes. You can log time manually at any point — enter a start time and end time, or simply type in a duration. Many team members prefer to log at the end of the day rather than run a live timer. FlowQi supports both workflows equally.
Do all team members need a Time & Resources seat?
No. Only team members who actively log time need a paid seat. Everyone else — managers reviewing reports, team leads checking capacity, leadership tracking utilisation — gets read-only access at no extra cost.
What happens when a project goes over its time estimate?
FlowQi sends an automatic alert when a project reaches 80% of its time budget — giving you time to act before you've overrun. You can review scope, have the conversation with your client, or reallocate hours.
Can I mark some hours as non-billable?
Yes. Every time entry has a billable toggle. Internal meetings, admin, and overhead can be logged as non-billable — they still appear in your reports so you can see where time goes, but they won't show up on client invoices.
We already use Toggl. How hard is it to switch?
FlowQi imports your historical data from most time tracking tools including Toggl, Clockify, and Harvest. Your team keeps the same logging habits — just inside a tool that connects to the rest of your work. Most teams are fully migrated in under a week.
Every hour you work deserves to show up on an invoice.
Stop leaving revenue on the table. FlowQi captures every billable minute and connects it directly to the client, project, and invoice where it belongs.
