Trusted by agencies and service teams

Sound familiar?

You know your clients. Your tools don't.

Most teams don't lose relationships because they don't care. They lose them because the information is scattered, the follow-ups slip, and nobody knows who talked to whom last.

Who spoke to them last?

Who spoke to them last?

No shared history means every team member starts fresh. Context gets lost, and clients feel like they have to repeat themselves.

Contact info scattered everywhere

Contact info scattered everywhere

Business cards in a drawer. LinkedIn connections. A spreadsheet someone made in 2021. Phone notes. Nothing is in one place.

Same contact, three different records

Same contact, three different records

Duplicates build up fast. Sales adds them. Project manager adds them again. Finance adds them a third time under a different name.

Clients are stuck outside your tools

Clients are stuck outside your tools

You manage their project internally, but they live in email. There's no shared space where a contact can see what's happening.

No way to segment or find the right people

No way to segment or find the right people

You can't quickly find all contacts in a certain region, on a specific retainer, or that haven't been contacted in 60 days.

B2C contacts don't fit in a B2B CRM

B2C contacts don't fit in a B2B CRM

If you work directly with individual people — not companies — most CRMs make it awkward. FlowQi supports both natively.

Social proof

Teams that switched to FlowQi don't go back

The activity timeline alone saved us. New team members are up to speed on any client contact in under 5 minutes. We stopped losing context completely.

We work with both business clients and individual consumers. FlowQi is the first tool that handles both without any workarounds or separate databases.

Inviting clients directly into their project from a contact record changed how we work. They see progress, we skip the weekly update email. Everyone wins.

FAQ

Common questions about FlowQi Contacts

What is the difference between Contacts and Organisations in FlowQi?

A Contact is an individual person. An Organisation is the company they work for. You can link multiple contacts to one organisation — but contacts can also exist on their own, without any company link. This makes FlowQi work for both B2B teams (who manage companies and the people in them) and B2C businesses (who work directly with individual consumers).

Can B2C businesses use FlowQi Contacts?

Yes. If you work directly with individual people — consumers, patients, homeowners, individual subscribers — you can manage them as standalone contacts with no organisation link. FlowQi supports both B2B and B2C contact structures in the same database.

How does the client collaborator feature work?

From any project in FlowQi, you can invite a contact as a client collaborator. They get a link and access to a filtered view of the project — progress, files, and tasks — without needing a full FlowQi account. There is no extra seat cost for you.

Is there a limit to how many contacts I can store?

No. FlowQi does not cap your contact records. You can store as many contacts and organisations as your business needs, on every plan.

Can my whole team see the same contact history?

Yes. The activity timeline on every contact is shared across your entire workspace in real time. Every note, task, and project update is visible to all teammates — so no one ever has to ask 'who last spoke to this person?'

Do I need to buy an add-on to use Contacts?

No. Contacts and Organisations are standard apps included for every FlowQi user at no extra cost. There are no CRM add-ons, no plan upgrades required, and no per-seat charges for the contact database, timeline, or custom fields.
