How does FlowQi pricing work? Are there different tiers?

No tiers. No Essentials, Premium, or Business plans. Every FlowQi user gets the standard apps — Organisations, Contacts, and Projects — included. You only pay extra for additional modules like Time & Resource or Invoicing, and only for the team members who actually use them. A team of 10 where 4 use time tracking? You pay for 4, not 10.

How many custom fields can I add?

There is no artificial limit on custom fields. Every user gets full access to custom fields — because we don't believe in locking features behind pricing tiers.
