Is there a platform fee or minimum commitment?
No. There is no platform fee, no minimum number of users, and no lock-in contract. You pay per user per month for the modules they actually use.
What is included in the Core plan?
Core includes full CRM and contact management, visual deal pipeline, complete client history, project management with tasks, milestones and deadlines, team collaboration, Hummy AI assistant, and dashboards with reporting. Every feature is included — no lite or pro tiers.
Can different team members have different modules?
Yes. That is exactly how FlowQi works. A project manager might only need Core, while a consultant also needs Time tracking. Each person pays only for their own modules.
How does the Finance module pricing work?
The Finance module is priced per organisation, not per user. One flat fee of €57/month (billed annually) gives your entire team access to invoicing, accounting integrations, and financial reporting.
What happens if I switch from monthly to annual billing?
You save 20% when you switch to annual billing. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I add or remove modules at any time?
Yes. You can add or remove modules for any user at any time. Changes are applied immediately and billing is adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a 14-day free trial with full access to all modules — no credit card required.
