How it works

The FlowQi-Slack integration works in two directions. FlowQi pushes relevant updates to your Slack workspace, and your team can create and update tasks directly from Slack without opening FlowQi.

Notifications in Slack

Choose which events trigger Slack notifications: new task assignments, status changes, approaching deadlines, or completed milestones. Route notifications to specific channels based on project or team.

Tasks from messages

See a client request in Slack? Turn it into a FlowQi task instantly. The integration captures the message content, links back to the original conversation, and lets you assign it to the right team member.

Getting started

1. Open FlowQi Settings and navigate to Integrations
2. Click “Connect Slack” and authorize access to your workspace
3. Choose which channels receive notifications
4. Configure your notification preferences
5. Start creating tasks from Slack messages
