Product Designer

About the role

We need a designer who thinks in systems and cares about the people using them. FlowQi is an all-in-one platform — CRM, projects, time tracking, invoicing — and every screen needs to feel simple, even when the underlying complexity is real.

You’ll be our first dedicated designer. That means you’ll shape the entire design language, not just fill in screens.

What you’ll do

• Design new features from concept to polished UI
• Create and maintain our design system
• Collaborate with engineering on feasibility and implementation
• Talk to customers to understand real workflows and pain points
• Define interaction patterns that work across modules

What we’re looking for

• Strong portfolio showing product/UI design work
• Experience designing SaaS or business tools
• Ability to work in Figma and hand off clean, developer-ready specs
• Systems thinking — you see how one screen connects to twenty others
• Comfortable working independently in a remote team
