Frontend Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for a frontend engineer who cares deeply about craft. You’ll work directly with the founders to build the interfaces that thousands of small businesses use every day — from dashboards and project boards to CRM views and automations.

This isn’t a ticket factory. You’ll have real ownership over what you build, how it looks, and how it feels.

What you’ll do

• Build and ship new features across the FlowQi platform
• Write clean, performant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Work with Hugo, Tailwind CSS, and vanilla JS (no heavy frameworks)
• Collaborate closely with design and product decisions
• Help shape our frontend architecture as we grow

What we’re looking for

• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility
• Eye for detail — you notice when something is 2px off
• Comfortable working async and remote
• Bonus: experience with Hugo, Go templates, or Tailwind
