Is FlowQi fully remote?

Yes. We're remote-first, always. You can work from anywhere in the world. We overlap 10:00–16:00 CET for sync moments, the rest is up to you.

How big is the team?

We're a small team of two co-founders right now. You'd be one of the first people to join — which means your impact will be huge.

What does the hiring process look like?

A short intro call with a founder, a small paid challenge (max 4 hours), a collaborative working session, and a transparent offer within one week. No trick questions, no games.

Do I need a specific degree or background?

No. We care about what you can do and how you think, not where you studied. Show us what you've built or what excites you.

What tech stack do you use?

Hugo, Tailwind, vanilla JS on the frontend. Go, PostgreSQL, and Convex on the backend. We pick tools that work, not trends.

Will I get equity or shares?

We're open to discussing equity for early team members. It depends on the role and your preference.
